Challenges Faced and Overcome:
The success of this project was not without its challenges. Levitate Lifting Equipment encountered two key obstacles during the installation process:
Limited Ceiling Height: The client's facility had a ceiling height of only 4 meters, posing a challenge to provide the required minimum 3 meters of lift. Leveraging our in-house engineering expertise, we reconfigured the Gorbel system to mount it directly onto the ceiling beams. Additionally, support columns were strategically added to transfer the load and ensure stability.
Structural Verification for Maximum Load: The engineering team conducted a thorough verification process to ensure that the structure could support the 1t Maximum Rated Capacity of the Gorbel system. This involved meticulous calculations and assessments to guarantee the safety and reliability of the installation.

Seamless Commission and Installation:
We understand the importance of minimizing disruptions to our clients' everyday production. The commission and installation process were executed seamlessly, with meticulous planning and coordination. Prior to commissioning the system, a comprehensive load test was conducted to validate the system's performance and safety.
